The Swim Academy at HRC Fitness is now registering for the Spring session of Swim Instruction, we offer swimming courses for all ages and ability. We are now offering Swim Intensive classes the week of April 17th. Five consecutive days of 30min instruction to sharpen and excel Swim skills.
