Gas Leak Reported Inside Trailer In Hillsborough
Valley Road has since been reopened following fire department activity.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Valley Road has reopened following a gas leak on Monday in Hillsborough.
At 12:13 p.m., Hillsborough Township Police officers, Firefighters, Hillsborough OEM, and Somerset Haz Mat responded to 318 Valley Road for the report of a gas leak from a trailer on the property, said Hillsborough Police Lt. Scott W. Mc Carthy.
Once on scene the leak was located and made safe. Valley Road was closed in the area from 12:39 to 1:30 p.m. as a precaution and due to the number of fire apparatus.

There were no injuries or problems reported and police officers cleared the scene by 1:54 p.m.
