Man Exposed Himself To Halloween Trick-Or-Treaters In Flemington: Police
Arnaldo Ruano-Polanco, 23, of Flemington was charged with lewdness, said police on Wednesday.

FLEMINGTON, NJ — A Flemington man was arrested after police say he exposed himself to trick-or-treaters on Halloween walking by his home, said Flemington Borough Police.
On Oct. 31, Patrolman Gissel Aquino arrested Arnaldo Ruano-Polanco, 23, of Flemington. Ruano-Polanco was charged with lewdness, said police on Wednesday.
Ruano-Polanco was taken to Hunterdon County Jail.
