Hillsborough's Flounder Brewing To Host 8th Anniversary Celebration

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough's Flounder Brewing is celebrating its 8th anniversary with a celebration at its new brewery on Oct. 2 from noon to 10 p.m.

"The first Saturday in October is when we poured our very first commercial beer at the Fox & Hound in Lebanon. Finally, 8 years later, we can actually celebrate the anniversary at our brewery!" according to Flounder Brewing.

The brewery is inviting locals to bring some camp chairs, little tables, snacks, games, etc. and hang with the crew in their back paddock (the great field off of the back beer garden).

AMApizza will also be coming to Carriage Farm with wood-fired pizza as well as their Gelato truck.

From 2 to 4 p.m., Fiddler Nathan Bishop will perform and from 6 to 9 p.m. the will move party inside the Tasting Barn where a gypsy-swing-folk-jazz quartet Pyrenesia will be playing.
