Colarusso, who has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years, had been focusing on restorative yoga before What A View Farm owner Tom Brown approached her.

"Lenora is such a talented person and a perfect for this," Brown said. "She has a greater appreciation for yoga than anyone I have ever encountered."
The outdoor classes are located on a grassy area, facing the Sourland Mountains where participants can take in the natural beauty and also enjoy the company of the farm's family of Pygmy goats.
The goats are very friendly and will run and jump around the participants. They might even stand on you, nudge, lightly nibble in a let's play manner, as they get close and want to know you better.
"Take a look around and take in the nature and the goats," Colarusso said. "And let whatever happens, happens. Forget your cares and worries and just enjoy the experience."
The next scheduled class will be held on Sunday, Sept. 9 at 9 a.m. with a limit of 10 people per class to allow a more personal experience with the goats. The farm is located at 585 Montgomery Road, Hillsborough.
Additionally, Yoga with Goats will also travel to you for any special events such as birthday parties for children or adults, anniversaries, weddings and more.
