Head-On Crash Sparks Fire In Hillsborough
The two-car crash happened on Tuesday evening.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A fire sparked after two cars crashed head-on in Hillsborough on Tuesday.
The motor vehicle crash took place at the intersection of Farm Road and Valley Road at 4:42 p.m., said Hillsborough Police Lt. Scott Mc Carthy.
A car fire was extinguished by firefighters including the Flagtown Fire Company and Hillsborough Township Fire District.

All injuries were non-life threatening, said Mc Carthy.
The crash is still under investigation at this time.

The Flagtown Fire and Rescue is always looking for volunteers. Interested candidates may stop by any Thursday night at the firehouse at 7 p.m. at 20 Equator Ave. There is a 16- to 18-year-old junior member program as well as regular membership for those interested in being firefighters. Some of the benefits include scholarship opportunities, incentives, and a retirement (LOSAP) program.
