HHS Cheer Donates $2,000 to Skin Cancer Research & Awareness
Hillsborough High School Cheerleading program sells Homecoming T-Shirts to raise awareness for cancer support and research.

Thank you Raider fans for your enthusiastic support for Homecoming and the sale of the Homecoming T-Shirts. Every year HHS Cheer chooses a cancer-related charity to support, and this year we are donating to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Melanoma and Skin Cancer Treatment Center NJ. We had great success this year with our annual sale of Homecoming shirts, which enabled us to donate $2,000 to this skin cancer research and awareness charity.
Skin cancer is the most common type of cancer in the United States. The most dangerous kind of skin cancer is called melanoma. Skin cancer can almost always be cured when it’s found and treated early. As a community, we can encourage families, friends, and teachers to adopt better habits of wearing sunscreen and protecting ourselves from the sun.
Thank you again for your continued support of Hillsborough Cheerleading. GO Raiders!!
