HHS Raider Marching Band takes 1st place in local competition

The Pride of Hillsborough receives top scores for Group V, and overall award for Best Music

The Hillsborough High School Raider Marching Band won the South Brunswick Tournament of Champions Marching Band competition on Saturday, October 6, 2018. The Band and Color Guard won the Group V Open category, with a score of 87.3 out of 100 points. The Raider Marching Band received special "caption awards" for Best Overall Effect, Best Music, Best Percussion & Best Colorguard.

The band also won the Mayor's Trophy at the Tournament for the Overall Best Music score across all competitors.
