The applicant asked the Hillsborough Planning Board to subdivide the lot located off of Farm Road between Stoll Drive and Valley Road.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — The Hillsborough Planning Board unanimously approved the subdivision of a 3.8 acre lot into three residential lots during the Oct. 28 meeting.
The applicant, Sukhdev and Ruchika Angras, asked the board to subdivide the lot located off of Farm Road between Stoll Drive and Valley Road.
The proposal included dividing the property into three lots in sizes of roughly 1 acre, 1.3 acres and 1.4 acres. Each lot proposes a two-story home on it ranging in square footage from 7,000 to 5,000.

All three lots would share a common driveway to avoid multiple driveways onto Farm Road and also avoid a new proposed public road. The driveway would then be maintained by a private association.
