Hillsborough Baseball Community Gears Up for Annual Pancake Breakfast & Basket Auction
Breakfast, baskets, and baseball bring Hillsborough together

The Raider Diamond Club will host its popular Annual Pancake Breakfast & Basket Auction on Sunday, February 8, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Hillsborough Municipal Building, continuing a long-standing community tradition that supports the Hillsborough High School Baseball Program.
Each year, the event draws families, local businesses, and residents for a morning of good food and community connection. Guests are treated to a full breakfast with table service, featuring pancakes, omelets, sausage, bagels, donuts, coffee, tea, and juice.
One of the main attractions of the event is the basket auction, which will showcase more than 50 themed baskets valued at over $20,000. Attendees can browse the wide selection while enjoying breakfast, with prize drawings scheduled for noon.

Proceeds from the fundraiser directly support the Hillsborough High School Baseball Program, helping fund equipment, training resources, field improvements, and program development for the student-athletes. The Raider Diamond Club credits the event’s success to the strong support of the Hillsborough community and the many volunteers and local sponsors who make it possible each year.
“The Pancake Breakfast has become one of our most anticipated events,” said a Raider Diamond Club representative. “It’s not just about fundraising. It’s about bringing the community together to support our players and the future of our program.”
The event is family-friendly and open to the public. For more information, or to purchase tickets, residents can contact raiderpancakes@gmail.com.
