Hillsborough Burger King Reopens On Route 206 After Renovations

The renovated Route 206 restaurant reopened on Saturday and gave $1,000 to the Hillsborough Fire District.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough Township marked the reopening of Burger King on Route 206 following extensive interior and exterior renovations.

"Hillsborough has had their glow up!" said Mayor Catherine Payne.

A reopening event, held at 385 Route 206 on Saturday, included Payne, Committeewoman Jill Gomez, representatives of the Economic and Business Development Commission, and Zuzana Karas, director of the Economic and Business Development Office.

The renovations covered both the inside and outside of the restaurant. The township said the newly renovated location features a refreshed design and an improved experience for customers visiting the site.

Burger King also donated $1,000 to the Hillsborough Fire District.
