HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Republicans hold on to control in Hillsborough.

Township Committee:

In Hillsborough there were four candidates vying for two three-year seats on the township committee.

Republican incumbents Gloria McCauley received 6,150 votes and Doug Tomson got 6,232 votes over challenging democrats include Jane M. Staats with 5,601 votes and Harrison J. Burke with 5,392 votes.

Results are unofficial until certified by the Somerset County Clerk and do not include absentee ballots.
