Hillsborough To Host First-Ever Scarecrow Festival
The scarecrows will be on display from Oct. 1 to Oct. 26. Voting and prizes will be awarded.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough will be hosting its first-ever scarecrow festival from Oct. 1 to Oct. 26.
Residents, business owners and groups are asked to register and then create a scarecrow to be placed on the grassy knoll and winding path by the Rain Garden at the Municipal Complex.
There are four categories for scarecrows to be made including Traditional, Thrills & Chills, Upcycled and Character. The scarecrows will be on display from Oct. 1 to Oct. 26. Voting and prizes will be awarded.
