Hillsborough To Host Red, White & Blue Decorating Contest

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — The Township is hosting a Red, White & Blue decorating contest to celebrate America's 250th anniversary.

The contest is open to all Hillsborough businesses and residents.

All submissions are due by noon on Thursday, June 25. Decorations should be patriotic-themed and family-friendly.

Political slogans and party affiliations are not allowed.

Decorated homes should anticipate an increase in traffic during the voting period from June 27 to July 6.

Participants viewing homes should remain in their vehicles or on the sidewalk if on foot.

Hillsborough History Bundle prize packages will be awarded. Winners will also have their photo taken with the Mayor.

Voting is open from June 26 to July 5. Winners will be announced the week of July 6.
