Hillsborough's Howl-O-Ween Dog Parade and Costume Contest for Saturday has been cancelled due to a Nor' easter expected this weekend.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough's Howl-O-Ween Dog Parade and Costume Contest for Saturday has been cancelled due to a Nor' easter expected this weekend that may bring 40- to 60-mph winds and heavy rain.
The event was to be held at Ann Van Middlesworth Dog Park.
