The youth wrestling JV Raiders split two Raritan Valley matches last week. They lost 52-34 to a once beaten Bernardsville team and then won their last home match 39-28 over North Hunterdon to move to 4 & 3 overall.
Three of the team members had 2 wins over the week, led by Donoven Nicolas, Rohan Deb and Adam Schebecee (each of whom also secured a pin) and Justin LeBron who also had two wins. Logan McDermid only had one match, but used that opportunity to secure a Fall. Austin and Christian Quandt split their two matches on the week, but both of their wins came by pin. Jason Roser, Alex Villa, Danny Guerrero and Brian Cohen added wins for the young Raiders team.
The Raiders will compete this weekend in a Dual at South Plainfield and look to get their 5th win of the season.
