Hillsborough Local Among 7 Arrested For Marijuana In Montgomery
A Belle Mead local was also arrested for driving while intoxicated in a separate incident, according to the police blotter.

MONTGOMERY, NJ — A Hillsborough local was among seven to be arrested for marijuana possession in Montgomery, according to the police blotter.
On Aug. 15 at 11:15 p.m.: Montgomery Township Police stopped a 2008 Mazda on County Route 601 for motor vehicle violations. The driver, Alexander F. Zamory, 21, of Hillsborough was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested, and processed at police headquarters. He was released, and is scheduled to appear in Montgomery Township Municipal Court.

On Aug. 6 at 8:06 p.m.: Montgomery Township Police stopped a 2012 Honda Accord on East Mountain Road. During the stop, the driver, Donnamari Dail, 59, of Rockaway, was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was arrested, and processed at police headquarters. She was released, and is scheduled to appear in Montgomery Township Municipal Court.
On July 29 at approximately 1:20 a.m.: Bobby J. Gregory Jr., 30, of North Brunswick was arrested for contempt. Officer Parlow pulled Gregory over on Route 206 for speeding and further investigation revealed Gregory was operating on a suspended driver’s license and had an active warrant from the New Brunswick Municipal Court. Gregory was arrested and transported to Montgomery Township Police headquarters for arrest processing. Gregory was turned over to the New Brunswick Police and was issued traffic tickets for driving while suspended and speeding.

On July 29 at approximately 8 p.m.: Jordan Gonzalez, 23, of Monmouth Junction was arrested for possession of marijuana. Gonzalez was stopped by Sgt. Gray for operating a vehicle with equipment violations. An odor of burned marijuana in the vehicle resulted in a search which recovered suspect marijuana. Gonzalez was transported to Montgomery Township Police headquarters for arrest processing. Gonzalez was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and issued traffic tickets for unapproved equipment, unapproved tint, and possession of CDS in motor vehicle. Gonzalez was released pending an appearance in Montgomery Township Municipal Court.
On July 27 at approximately 11 p.m.: Michael Settembrino, 34, of Bound Brook was arrested for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officer Parlow pulled over Settembrino after observing the vehicle failing to maintain a travel lane. An odor of marijuana resulted in a vehicle search and the recovery of suspect marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Settembrino was arrested and transported to Montgomery Township Police headquarters for arrest processing. Settembrino was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain a lane and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. Settembrino was released pending an appearance in Montgomery Township Municipal Court.
On July 23 at approximately 9:30 p.m.: Officer Dubovick pulled over Malcom Robertson, 25, of North Brunswick on Route 206 for an equipment violation and during the traffic stop, Dubovick smelled the odor of marijuana. A search revealed a quantity of marijuana under 50 grams. Robertson was arrested and transported to Montgomery Township Police headquarters for arrest processing. Robertson was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, and color of lamps. Robertson was released pending an appearance in the Montgomery Township Municipal Court.
On July 19 at approximately 9:40 a.m.: Christopher Montoya, 22, of Princeton was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Officer Balinski was investigating a report from a resident about a suspicious motor vehicle in area of River Birch Dr. Balinski saw marijuana in the car and also smelled it when he located Montoya seated in the suspicious motor vehicle. Balinski conducted a search locating suspect marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Montoya was arrested and transported to Montgomery Township Police headquarters for arrest processing. Montoya was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Montoya was released pending a court appearance in Montgomery Township Municipal Court.
On July 18 at approximately 1:30 p.m.: Amy Pope, 48, of Flemington was arrested for contempt of court. Officer Parlow pulled over Pope after observing her traveling on Belle Mead Griggstown Road with equipment violations. Parlow located an active warrant from the Hunterdon County Sheriff’s department. Pope was arrested for the warrant and taken to Montgomery Township Police headquarters for arrest processing. Pope was issued traffic tickets for the equipment violations and was turned over to the Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Office.
On July 10 at approximately 8 a.m.: Sgt. Gray pulled Ryan Pauls, 28, of West Windsor over for equipment violations while traveling on County Route 601 near Sunset Rd. Further investigation revealed that Pauls had outstanding warrants from the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Department, Montgomery Township Municipal Court, and South Plainfield Municipal Court. Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were also located during the traffic stop. Pauls was arrested and transported to Montgomery Township Police headquarters for arrest processing. Pauls was unable to post bail and was committed at the Somerset County Jail. Pauls was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Pauls was issued traffic tickets for operating suspended and possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS) in a motor vehicle. Pauls is scheduled to appear in Montgomery Township Municipal Court.
On July 9 at approximately 2:10 p.m.: George Menon, 29, of Belle Mead was arrested for contempt of court. Officer Parlow pulled over Menon for speeding and subsequently learned that there was an active municipal court warrant from the city of New Brunswick. Menon was arrested and transported to Montgomery Township Police headquarters for arrest processing. The New Brunswick Court authorized Menon to be released. Menon was issued a traffic ticket for speeding.
On July 1 at approximately 1 a.m.: Jeffrey Deluca, 21, of Belle Mead was arrested for DWI and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officer Dubovick pulled over Deluca for an equipment violation and during the stop detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage. Deluca was arrested after sobriety exams were conducted. Deluca was found to have a marijuana pipe in his pocket. Deluca was transported to Montgomery Township Police headquarters for arrest processing. Deluca was charged with DWI and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deluca was released pending a court appearance in the Montgomery Township Municipal Court.
