Hillsborough Local Arrested For DWI In Manville
Manville Police reported warrant and DWI arrests, a package theft and a scam call last week in the borough.

MANVILLE, NJ — A Hillsboorugh man was among those arrested last week in Manville.
On Nov. 29 at 11:42 p.m., as a result of a motor vehicle stop, patrols subsequently arrest James Mastakas, 50, of Hillsborough for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed, charged and released.

On Nov. 27 at 9:19 a.m.: A resident of Manville responds to police headquarters to post bail for Jessica Serrano, 37, of Manville who has an outstanding warrant.
On Nov. 27 at 4:55 p.m.: Patrols respond to the area of Louis Street and speaks with a resident who advised she received a phone call from 347-892-4950 questioning her if her computer was working. The resident was advised it was a scam and to not answer the phone to an unknown number. The resident is not out any monetary value. It was reported as a matter of record. No further action taken or requested at this time.

On Nov. 27 at 5:29 p.m.: Patrols respond to the area of North 13th Avenue on the report of a theft. Patrols speak to a resident who reports the theft of a package that was delivered to the residence. Investigation to continue.
On Dec. 1 at 9:50 a.m.: During an investigation, Andrew Kleckner, 28, was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants. He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed and transported to the Somerset County Jail.
On Dec. 2 at 3:54 p.m.: Patrols respond to an active structure fire on North 6th Avenue. Fire Marshall was on scene and investigation to continue.
