Hillsborough Locals Arrested On DWI, Drug Charges
Hillsborough Police also reported multiple shoplifting arrests in the township.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Four Hillsborough locals were among those arrested on charges including driving while intoxicated and drug possession.
Hillsborough Police blotter:
On Nov. 20: Samantha Eristavi, 20, of Hillsborough was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being stopped in her vehicle on Falcon Road. She was issued additional summonses for refusing to submit breath samples, failing to maintain lane, failing to exhibit a driver license and insurance. She was processed and released pending a court appearance.

On Nov. 20: Bryan Gomez-Gomez, 21, of Hillsborough was arrested for possession of marijuana after being stopped on Rt. 206. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Nov. 20: Dylan Petitto, 22, of Belle Mead was arrested for possession of marijuana after being stopped in his vehicle on Amwell Road. He was issued additional summonses for failing to maintain his lane, having an unregistered vehicle and possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS) in a motor vehicle. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.

On Nov. 22: Joseph Monto, 23, of Hillsborough was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being stopped in his vehicle on New Amwell Road. The investigation revealed that Monto was involved in a motor vehicle crash in the area of Amwell Road as the vehicle contained extensive damage. He was issued additional summonses for leaving the scene of an accident, failing to report an accident, failing to maintain his lane, reckless driving and making an improper turn. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Nov. 24: Akash Patel, 24, of Piscataway was arrested for possession of marijuana after being stopped in his vehicle on Rt. 206. He was additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also issued summonses for possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and having an obstructed windshield. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Nov. 26: Gamble Byron, 52, of Lebanon was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being involved in a motor vehicle collision on Millstone River Road. She was issued additional summonses for having an open alcohol container in the vehicle and failing to exhibit a registration. She was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Dec. 13: Patricia Schweitzer, 59, of Hillsborough was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being stopped in her vehicle on Amwell Road. She was issued additional summonses for DUI in a school zone, failing to stop, failing to signal and failing to maintain a lane. She was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Dec. 15: Matthew Plank, 22, of Somerset was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being stopped in his vehicle on Cranbrook Drive. He was issued additional summonses for disregarding a traffic signal, obstructing traffic, failing to maintain lane, headlamps required, failing to keep right and leaving the scene of an accident. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Dec. 19: Jon Neyir, 60, of Morganville was arrested for shoplifting at the Kohls Store located at 315 Rt. 206. He attempted to switch price tags on electronic equipment valued at $229.99 in an effort to defraud Kohls of the retail value. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Dec. 21: Devin Fearrington, 22, of Somerset was arrested for shoplifting at the Kohls Store located at 315 Rt. 206. He concealed $259.96 worth of electronic merchandise on his person and attempted to leave the store without paying. He was processed and released pending a court
appearance.
