Hillsborough Man Charged With Sex Assault Of Sleeping Woman: SCPO

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A Hillsborough man was charged with sexually assaulting a sleeping woman in August, authorities say.

Ryan J. Zamorsky, 29, of Eves Drive Road, Hillsborough was charged with one count of second-degree sexual assault on Sept. 18, Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertsonand Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Chief of County Detectives John W. Fodor said.

The adult victim said she was sleeping and woke up to find Zamorsky sexually assaulting her sometime overnight between Aug. 17 and 18. The victim immediately told a family member of the assault and the incident was then reported to the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Unit.

Zamorsky was sent to the Somerset County Jail pending a court appearance.
