Hillsborough Masseuse Busted For Prostitution: Prosecutor

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — An employee of a massage parlor in Hillsborough was arrested for prostitution after she offered to perform a sexual act on an undercover officer in exchange for money, authorities announce.

On Wednesday, Sept. 28 at approximately 7:56 p.m. an undercover detective assigned to the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Organized Crime and Narcotics Task Force entered JK Acupuncture and Massage, located at 249 Homestead Road Unit #12, in Hillsborough Township.

Inside Kuihna Chang, 56, of Flushing, New York offered to perform a sexual act upon the detective in exchange for cash, according to Acting Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson.

Task Force detectives along with members of the Hillsborough Police Department entered massage parlor and arrested Chang after the proposition was made.

Chang was transported to the Hillsborough Police Department where she was processed and charged with Prostitution, a Disorderly Persons Offense.

Chang is to appear in Hillsborough Township Municipal Court on Oct. 11.
