Hillsborough, NJ -- The Hillsborough Business Association announced David Kois is the new Business Advocate.
Most recently Kois worked for Hillsborough’s Planning & Zoning Department as the Deputy Planning Director and Zoning Official.
He has been employed by the Township since 2011.

“David’s professional experience in the Planning & Zoning field and familiarity with the various functions of the different departments within the Township will enable him to readily take on the responsibilities of the Business Advocate,” the HBA stated in an email.
