Hillsborough Officials Explain EMS Decision
Watch as Hillsborough Committeeman Frank Delcore explains the township's decision to award contract to RWJ replacing Hillsborough's EMS.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough Committeeman Frank Delcore spoke to residents about a controverial vote to award a contract to Robert Wood Johnson Health Network to provide emergency medical services for the township, replacing the current provider, Hillsborough Emergency Medical Services Corporation (HEMs).

Many residents and fellow supporters of the Hillsborough EMS had disagreed with the decision and fought to try and save the rescue squad by creating a petition and speaking at committee meetings.
