Hillsborough Primary 2018: Who's On The Ballot, Where To Vote

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — On Tuesday, voters will be heading to the polls to cast their ballots in the primary election. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Locally, in Hillsborough Township the race is currently uncontested with two Republicans and two Democrats vying for two three-year township committee seats.

Democrats include: Jeffrey A. Wright of 47 Millburn Dr. and James Bergstrom of 78 Wertsville Rd. Republicans include: Shawn Lipani of 32 Lindstrom Dr. and Ron Skobo of 7 Claudia Rd.

In Montgomery, the race is currently uncontested with two republicans and two democrats vying for two three-year township committee seats.

Democrats include: Catherine Gural of 28-D Chicopee Dr., Princeton and Marvin L. Schuldiner of 5 Mystic Dr. Republicans include: Mark Conforti of 17 Firestone Ct., Skillman and Christine Madrid of 3 Lowry Ct., Skillman.

On the congressional level there is a contested race for the 7th Congressional District seat.

The two-year term seat is currently held by Leonard Lance, who has held the seat since 2009. District 7 covers all of Hunterdon County, and parts of Essex, Morris, Somerset, Union, and Warren counties.

Republican challengers this year include:

• Raafat Barsoom of Annadale
• Lindsay C. Brown of Clark

The Democratic race is also contested with three candidates vying for the seat including:

• Tom Malinowski of Rocky Hill
• Peter Jacob of Pluckemin
• Goutam Jois of Summit

• District 2, 13, 14, 16, 19, 33 - Mary Mother of God Church, 157 South Triangle Rd.
• District 3, 10, 15, 21, 24, 26, 28, 29, 32 - Municipal Building, 379 South Branch Rd.
• District 4, 18, 22, 23, 31 - Hillsborough High School, 466 Raider Blvd.
• District 5, 6, 7, 12, 17 - Hillsborough Middle School, 260 Triangle Rd.
• District 9, 11, 20, 25, 27 - Volunteer Fire Co. No. 3, 324 Woods Rd.

• District 1, 13 - Central Jersey Masonic Center, 345 Kingston-River Rd., Princeton
• District 2, 7, 9 - Montgomery Township Volunteer Fire Company No. 2,529 County Route 518, Blawenburg

• District 5, 6, 11, 12 - Montgomery Evangelical Free Church, 246 Griggstown Rd., Belle Mead
• District 8 - Montgomery EMS, 8 Harlingen Rd., Belle Mead
• District 10, 17 - Pike Run Recreation Center, 1 Pike Run Rd., Belle Mead
• District 14, 15 - Montgomery United Methodist Church, 117 Sunset Rd., Belle Mead
• District 16, 19 - Cherry Valley Country Club, 123 Country Club Dr., Skillman
