Montgomery Resident Takes Over Rita’s Italian Ice
The Hillsborough location off Triangle Road is opening for the season on Wednesday under new management.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Montgomery resident Melissa Vernon has landed a sweet deal by taking on the Rita’s Italian Ice in Hillsborough Township.
The location inside the Triangle Center at 381 Triangle Road, Building F opens under the new management on Wednesday for the season.
"We are excited to work with the community for fundraisers and catering!" Vernon said.

Additionally to kick off the first day of spring on March 19 Vernon will be offering free Italian ice all day.
The Hillsborough location is open seven days a week from noon to 9 p.m.
