Hillsborough Restaurant Week will run from Tuesday, Sept. 28 through Sunday, Oct. 3.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough's 4th annual restaurant week is kicking off on Wednesday with more than 30 restaurants participating.

Participating restaurants are offering pre-fixe menus or specials through Sunday, Oct. 3.
