Hillsborough Schools Have Delayed Opening Monday Due To Snow

All Hillsborough Township Schools will have a two-hour delayed opening ​on Monday due to the declared state of emergency and snow storm.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — All Hillsborough Township Schools will have a two-hour delayed opening on Monday due to the declared state of emergency and snow storm, the district announced Sunday night.

Expect buses to pick children up two hours later than normal. Lunches will be served. Afternoon kindergarten and preschool classes will begin one hour later than normal.

If conditions require closing school, parents will be notified by 7:30 a.m. on Monday.

Gov. Phil Murphy declared a state of emergency for the winter storm on Sunday. All 21 counties are impacted by the storm with 5 to 8 inches expected to fall beginning Sunday afternoon and lasting until 7 a.m. on Monday. (See Related: NJ Gov. Phil Murphy Declares State Of Emergency For Snowstorm)
