Hillsborough Teen Composes Bill That May Hit Senate Committee Floor

Hillsborough High School Junior Max Nelson grabbed the attention of State Sen. Shirley Turner with his proposed bill that would integrate community service into the curriculum of high school students.

The bill could go before the Senate Education Committee during its Jan. 15 session in Trenton and if it does, Nelson will be invited to speak before the committee, according to nj.com.
