The Hillsborough Township Community Assistance Network is asking Hillsborough residents to donate school supplies to their “Back to School Supply Drive” for families served by the Community Assistance Network.

The Community Assistance Network is looking for new and gently used backpacks, pens, pencils, highlighters, erasers, sketch pads, daily planers, white out, tape, glue sticks, etc.

is through that generosity that we hope to be able to further assist those residents in need

with school supplies for their children,” Deputy Mayor Carl Suraci was quoted in the press release.

Residents can drop off their donations at the Social Services Department from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m until Sept. 16.
