The Building Department has several annual requirements for Commercial / Public pools in town.  The following documents must be submitted together: The first requirement is the completed application for Annual Electrical Pool Certification. Pick up an application at the Building Department or download the Annual Electric Pool Certification online.”  The second requirement is the $200 application fee. Please make checks payable to “Hillsborough Township.”   Finally, A current copy of the “5 Year Bonding and Grounding Certificate” is required. Once these documents are processed the Building Department will schedule an inspection. Please note, the completion of the application and inspection must be done prior to opening the pool.
