Hillsborough's Mayor's Wellness Walk And Talk Returns Nov.9

The walk is an opportunity for Hillsborough residents to learn more about the Mayor's job and ask questions about Township-related issues.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Mayor Robert Britting, Jr. announced the return of the annual Mayor's Wellness Walk and Talk at Duke Farms on Saturday, Nov. 9.

The walk is an opportunity for Hillsborough residents to learn more about the Mayor’s job and ask questions about Township-related issues while enjoying fall foliage in a peaceful, nature-filled setting.

Registration information is available on the Township website, the Mayor’s e-newsletter, and Hillsborough’s social media channels.

The Mayors Wellness Campaign is celebrating its 17th anniversary, and Hillsborough Township has participated since 2008. In 2023, Hillsborough received the Healthy Town Award from the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute.

For the event day, walkers are asked to look out for the Hillsborough Township tent by the Duke Farm Orientation Center in time for the 9:30 am check-in. Featured as part of the Mayor’s Wellness Campaign, the walk will take approximately one hour and end at the same location.
