Are you and your family looking to participate in a fun 5k? Join us for the first ever Run Around the Park 5k at Ann Van Middlesworth Park on Saturday, April 5!
Why join our event? It's a non-competitive, recreational, fun run. We won't post your time, we won't compare it to anyone else's. You will have a great time running or walking the course through AVM. All ages are welcome to participate. Not a runner? Walkers are welcome and encouraged to join.
Pre-Registration ends March 16. Why pre-register? You'll guarantee your spot in the run; get admission to the Finish Line Festival featuring food, music, and fun; and you'll get the official t-shirt of the inaugural Run Around the Park. Hurry; great pricing ends soon! Prices are now $20 ($15 for children 12 and under). You can always wait until after March 16 to register, but prices will increase and you're not guaranteed a shirt (and where's the fun in that?)
The event will support the Community Assistance Network and Hillsborough's food bank, so we're asking participants to bring a canned food or other donation item to the run.
