Inconsiderate Neighbours, Alexandria at Hillsborough

I am a 70 year old male with some health issues, if anyone can give me some good advice I would be most grateful. I live in a first floor condo, my upstairs neighbors have two children ages 4 and 2. Unfortunatly these children never go out of there home to get some fresh air, to run and play, to burn up some of there energy, go to the pool like the other children in the complex do. The parents never take them outside to make friends or socialize with others and this is in all seasons. The children use there condo as a gym, all day long from 8 AM until 10-11-12 PM all I hear is THUMP THUMP THUMP from the children running through the house as if it is a playground. This goes on non stop 7 days a week, I have addressed this issue several times with there father Mike and he told me they are kids. I have spoke with me Association and was told there is nothing they could do. PLEASE HELP! Any feedback or suggestions would be appreciated. Is there anything I can do legally? Thank You Keith
