Jersey Harmony Chorus Invites Women to FREE Vocal Classes!

The Jersey Harmony Chorus is hosting their Free “Vocal Autumn Series” for women who love to sing. A series of three vocal Workshops conducted by award winning director and coach, Kat Britt, will take
place Mondays, Oct 16, 23, and 30 from 7:00 PM to 10 PM.

Both those with prior experience in choral groups or solo singing, as well as less experienced women who enjoy singing, are invited to attend.

The workshops will be held at Griggstown Reformed Church Recreation Hall, 1065 Canal Road, Princeton (the Griggstown section of Franklin Township in Somerset County).

Guests will take part in vocal coaching of four-part harmony and the fun and experience of being on the risers with the most enthusiastic, friendly group of women singers one can find. There will also be the opportunity to observe the chorus rehearsal, join in activities with the chorus, and partake in social time and refreshments.

Jersey Harmony Chorus is a group of fun-loving, hard-working, dedicated women who love to sing. The chorus sings four-part a capella harmony, and performs songs from genres such as popular, jazz and Broadway, while spanning several decades from the 40’s to recent years. Under the leadership of certified director Kat Britt, the group works toward consistently improving their sound while enjoying the fun and comradery of a closely-knit group that loves to learn and laugh. The membership includes women of all ages
that represent a wide range of backgrounds and careers. Guests who attend the vocal classes will be afforded the opportunity to return in November for more sessions and a chance to sing in JHC’s annual holiday show on December 8th.
