Joanne Liscovitz Named 2018 Realtor Of The Year

HILLSBOROUGH, N.J. (June 10, 2019) – Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, is proud to congratulate Joanne Liscovitz on being named the 2018 REALTOR® of the Year by the Core Association of Realtors®. Liscovitz is affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Hillsborough.

Liscovitz, a Hillsborough resident of more than three decades, has been marketing and selling homes since 1985, specializing in Somerset, Hunterdon, Mercer and Middlesex counties. In choosing Liscovitz as Realtor of the Year, Core Association of Realtors® described her as “the ultimate team player and cheerleader in her office and in the community. Core Association of Realtors® also honored Liscovitz for her community service. She is the co-founder of Dance for the Cure, an organization that financially assists families in Somerset, Middlesex and Hunterdon counties who have found themselves in difficult and unforeseen circumstances because of breast cancer, and has been a tap dance instructor for 30-plus years. Liscovitz is an avid supporter of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the philanthropic arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, with causes that include Operation Shoebox and the local Hillsborough food pantry and girl scout camp. She also organizes annual neighborhood garage sales. Core Association of Realtors® presented her with its Good Neighbor Award in 2010.

Liscovitz attained the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Award for 2018, an honor given to the top 2% percent of approximately 92,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. She was also inducted into the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York President’s Club. Liscovitz achieved the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® at the uppermost Platinum Level for 2018.
