Large Shed Fire Reported In Somerset County
Volunteer firefighters extinguished the fire early on Sunday morning.
FRANKLIN, NJ — Multiple large sheds caught fire early on Sunday morning in Franklin Township.
At 1:53 a.m. on Sunday, East Franklin Fire Department was alerted to a report of a garage fire in the area of Dutton and West Point Avenue.
Firefighters arrived at 315 West Point Ave. and found a working fire burning at multiple large sheds.

Firefighters pulled a 300-foot 1.75-inch hose and started to knock down the fire. A second line was pulled and the crew went to work opening up the sheds and pulling debris out, according to the East Franklin Fire Department.
The fire was under control in about 20 minutes.

Fire Departments from Middlebush, Bound Brook, Finderne and River Road also helped to extinguish the fire.
