5 Companies Sign Leases For Hillsborough Business Center Space

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ —The five newest companies to sign leases at the Hillsborough Business Center range from a bedding company to a food manufacturer known for "peanut-based hot sauce."

Agashe Foods, Bodhi Organics, A to Z Supply 7 Vacuum Repair, All Jersey Plumbing and Sewer, and Kasentex signed leases at the 550,000-square foot industrial/flex complex on Stryker Lane. The new tenants will occupy a collective 9,000 square feet of that space.

Larken Associates announced the lease signing on July 6.

Rob Marek, Executive Vice President of Raider Realty (the in-house brokerage division of Larken), represented Larken Associates in the transactions, the company said.

• Founded by an eczema sufferer and chemist, Bodhi Organics, LLC is an all-natural, personal care manufacturer specializing in face and hair products, body lotions, scrubs and soaps meticulously crafted with coconut oil sourced from heritage coconut trees in the Philippines.

• Since 1999, A to Z Supply & Vacuum Repair has supplied high-quality cleaning products and services to cleaning contractors, medical offices, municipalities, first responders and other small business in central New Jersey and beyond.

• The smallest of the new leases, All Jersey Plumbing and Sewer’s lease at Hillsborough Business Center is within the property’s Mini Office Warehouse complex that provides economical and professional small office and warehouse spaces for lease.

• Since its founding over 15 years ago, Kasentex has emerged as a leader in the bedding industry through its commitment to blending luxury with comfort. Kasentex already leases 12,500 square feet of warehouse space at Hillsborough Business Center and its new space within the Hillsborough Business Center will accommodate for its continued growth.

Hillsborough Business Center is situated across 100 acres and contains 27 buildings, according to Larken. The property "is ideal for a range of tenant uses including research and development, lab, warehousing, distribution, light manufacturing and product assembly as well as fitness, recreation and daycare."
