Leadership Award Presented to Susan Hoy, Goddard School Owner

Susan Hoy, owner of The Goddard School^® located at 378 South Branch Road in Hillsborough, NJ, has been presented with the Leadership Award by Goddard Systems, Inc. (GSI), franchisor of The Goddard School.

The award recognizes Hoy for her leadership in mentoring fellow Goddard School owners throughout the country. Additional criteria include the adaptation of new programs and services, participation in national and market events, engagement in the community, school accreditations and being a brand ambassador.

Hoy consistently provides ongoing training for the faculty and is a positive presence for the families. She also helped organize a successful book drive with several other Goddard Schools, collecting nearly 12,000 books, exceeding the original goal of 10,000. The books were donated to the Bridge of Books Foundation, which benefits local children in need.

“Having been a Goddard franchisee since 1999, I have experienced the expansion of the Goddard community,” Hoy said. “We’re most successful when we work together, which is why I’m a firm believer in communication and collaboration. We continually strive to provide an educational program that not only prepares children for success in school but for success in life as well.”

Hoy also received the Circle of Excellence Award, which acknowledges Goddard School owners for being exceptional in the areas of quality assurance and health and safety.
