Man Drove Drunk To Police Station, Arrested For DWI: Police
Montgomery Police made multiple arrests recently for driving while intoxicated, marijuana and a warrant.

MONTGOMERY, NJ —
On June 6 at approximately 8 p.m.: George Cody, 56, of Chevy Chase, Maryland was stopped by Officer Gray for a motor vehicle violation on Route 206. During the course of the stop, Officer Gray determined that Cody had consumed alcoholic beverages prior to driving. Officer Gray administered field sobriety tests and subsequently arrested Cody for driving while intoxicated. Cody was transported to Montgomery Township Police Department for processing. His vehicle was impounded. Cody was issued motor vehicle summonses for failing to maintain lane, driving while intoxicated and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was released to a family member and is scheduled to appear in Montgomery Township Municipal Court.
On May 16 at 3:04 p.m.: Officer Giaccone stopped William T. Grimes, 33, of North Brunswick after observing him on a cellphone violation and improperly passing vehicles while traveling on Rt. 206. During the stop the odor of raw marijuana was detected coming from Grimes’ vehicle. A search of the vehicle yielded a bag of marijuana and Grimes was placed under arrest and transported to Montgomery Police Department for processing. Grimes was issued a complaint summons for possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Grimes was also issued motor vehicle summonses for improper passing, cellphone violation, and possession of controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. Grimes was released and is scheduled to appear in Montgomery Township Municipal Court.

On May 2 at 4:08 p.m.: Kylan Grace, 35, of Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania was stopped for a speeding violation on Cherry Hill Road. During the stop Grace was found to have an active arrest warrant for $233 from Wall Township. Grace was placed under arrest and transported to Montgomery Police headquarters for processing. Grace posted bail and was issued a motor vehicle summons for speeding and subsequently released.
On May 5: A resident of Westminster Court in Belle Mead reported that his 2016 Lexus was damaged while parked at the Upper Middle School on Burnt Hill Road. The resident reported the vehicle was parked in the front parking lot of the school during a school function between 7 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. on May 5. After the resident returned home from the school it was discovered the vehicle had multiple long vertical and horizontal scratches on the rear passenger door. There were no additional reports of vehicles being damaged at the school.

On May 6 at 5:23 p.m.: Jennifer Dismukes, 44, of Skillman was stopped on Delmarvia Drive at Pike Run Road after police received a report of her vehicle being operated in a reckless manner on Route 206. During the stop, Dismukes exhibited signs of intoxication. Police subjected Dismukes to field sobriety testing and she was subsequently arrested and transported to Montgomery Police Department for processing. Dismukes vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded. At headquarters, Dismukes was charged with driving while intoxicated and uninsured motorist and released to a family member. She is scheduled to appear in Montgomery Township Municipal Court.
