Man Exposes Himself At Hillsborough Shopping Center: Blotter
The July blotter also included 11 driving while intoxicated arrests in Hillsborough.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A man was arrested for exposing himself at a Hillsborough shopping center in July.
On July 17, Daius Howard, 30, of North Carolina, was charged with lewdness (disorderly persons) after exposing himself in Nelson’s Corner (601 Rt. 206).
He was arrested, processed and given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 2: Octavio Garces Lucrecio, 34, of Trenton, was arrested for DWI while on a motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 4: Darryl Davis, 39, of Monroe Township, was arrested for DWI while on a motor vehicle crash investigation on Willow Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 4: Suraj Patel, 29, of Rockaway, was arrested for DWI after ignoring officers directing traffic and “Road Closed” signs on Rt. 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 5: Edwin Fernando Asimbaya, 34, of Plainfield, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Auten Rd. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 5: Bryan Eugenio Gonzalez, 27, of Bound Brook, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Rt. 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 7: Kathryn Dacruz, 27, of Manville, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Amwell Rd. She was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court
date.
On July 7: Lionel Trent, 36, of Manville, was charged with having a fake NJ temporary license plate while on a traffic stop on Rt. 206. He was charged with possession of fictitious license plates (disorderly persons) and given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 8: Nikhil Patel, 27, of Hillsborough, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct (township ordinance) after causing a disturbance in Roman Gourmet (601 Rt. 206). He then tried to flee from officers and resisted arrest. He was also charged with obstruction (disorderly persons), resisting
arrest (disorderly persons), processed, and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 9: Ernest Torro, 50, of Hillsborough, was charged with criminal mischief (disorderly persons) after causing property damage to a residence on Concord St. He was served his summons and given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 11: Bottle King (626 Rt. 206) reported an unknown man stole $30 worth of alcohol from the store and fled when confronted. The investigation is ongoing.
On July 11: A resident of Howell Close reported receiving a call from his bank telling him his credit cards had been compromised. The employee of the bank stated they were sending someone to the house to get the credit cards for proper destruction. The victim turned the cards over to the man that showed up a few minutes later. Later in the day, the victim found several fraudulent charges on his account that occurred after turning over the cards. The investigation is ongoing.
On July 11: A resident on Fox Chase Run reported a watch was stolen from his residence, which was valued at $2,225. He believes moving company employees are the suspects. The investigation is ongoing.
On July 12: Lowes (315 Rt. 206) reported a man and woman left the store with a cart full of copper piping worth $350. The suspects have been linked to several other thefts at Lowes stores in the surrounding area. The investigation is
ongoing.
On July 14: A resident of Merritt Drive reported a check was stolen out of his mail. He was informed by the sender that the check had already been cashed. The investigation is ongoing.
On July 14: Simon Martin, 20, of Livingston, was charged with soliciting without a permit (township ordinance) after going to door to door on Orchard Drive. He was served his summons and given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 16: A resident of Weber Avenue reported a package containing collectables was stolen off his front porch between June 30 to July 16. The investigation is ongoing.
On July 17: Louken Wilson, 21, of Edgewater, was soliciting door to door on Shelbourne Place without a permit. He was served a summons for soliciting without a permit and given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 17: Nathaniel Seawright, 45, of Bridgewater, was charged with theft (disorderly persons) after using a credit card fraudulently. The card was lost by a customer at
Quick Check (273 Rt. 206) and the accused, an employee, used the card while it was being held for the customer. He was served his charge and given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 18: Jayce Depopolo, 33, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a motor vehicle crash investigation on Rt. 206. She was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 19: Aliyah Hodge, 24, of Linden, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. She was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 19: Elionexis Rios, 47, of Manville, was arrested for DWI while on a motor vehicle crash investigation on Weston Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 20: As a result of a shoplifting investigation at the Bottle King (626 Rt. 206) on July 11, Anthony Gucciardi, 74, of Hillsborough, was identified as the accused. The investigation revealed he had shoplifted seven times from the Bottle King in the past several months. The total of the items taken was $131.82. He was charged with each incident, processed and given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 24: Weis Markets (315 Rt. 206) reported a man stole $142.56 worth of items on May 29. The investigation is ongoing.
On July 24: Claude Wirt, 45, of Memphis, TN, was arrested for displaying a fake license plate (disorderly persons) while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 25: Ark Patel, 29, of Manville, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Camplain Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 27: Juan Carlos Mayorga-Blanco, 43, of Princeton, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Farm Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On July 31: Maximo Fuentes, 27, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Treeman Drive. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
