Man Missing For 3 Weeks, Last Seen In Somerset County
Officials said Theophilus Smith was last known to be in Somerset County, back on Feb. 27.
BELLE MEAD, NJ — Authorities are asking for the public's help finding a missing man who was last seen in Somerset County on Feb. 27.
The Wayne Police Department said Theophilus M. Smith was staying in Wayne Township for a time before he was reported missing.
He was last known to be in Belle Mead, and has apparent ties to North Carolina, police added.

Smith is described as a Black man who is about 5-foot-6-inches tall and weighs 175 pounds.
Police ask anyone who has had contact with Smith since Feb. 27 to contact Detective Vergano at 973-694-0600.
