Man Trapped In Overturned Car On Rt. 206, Charged With DWI

Kenneth W. Marshall Jr. of East Windsor was found inside an overturned car on Route 206 just north of Sunset Road in Montgomery.

MONTGOMERY, NJ — An East Windsor man was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol following a crash on Route 206 on Wednesday.

At around 8:05 p.m., Montgomery Police and EMS responded to the single vehicle accident and found Kenneth W. Marshall Jr.'s overturned car on Route 206 just north of Sunset Road, police reported.

Emergency services extricated Marshall Jr. from the vehicle and he was determined by officers that he was operating under the influence, police reported.

He was transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital New Brunswick for injuries sustained in the accident.

Marshall Jr. was arrested and issued motor vehicle summons for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane.

Marshall Jr. is scheduled to appear in Montgomery Township Municipal Court.
