Man Trapped Under Concrete Slab At Hillsborough Home Airlifted To Hospital
The home was being demolished in Hillsborough when the incident happened on Thursday afternoon.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A man who became trapped under a concrete slab during the demolition of a Hillsborough home was airlifted to a hospital on Thursday afternoon.
On Feb. 29 at around 1:42 p.m., the Hillsborough Township Police went to the 400 block of Farm Road for a report of a man trapped under a concrete slab.
Officers found the victim trapped under a concrete slab inside the foundation of a home that was being demolished, Hillsborough Police Sergeant Christopher Giraldi.

Emergency personnel were able to lift the slab and remove the victim from danger.
He suffered apparent minor injuries during the incident and was subsequently flown to Robert Wood Johnson in New Brunswick for further assessment and treatment.
