Memorial Blood Drive In Honor Of Hillsborough Fire Chief Who Died In Line Of Duty

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A memorial blood drive honoring the memory of Fire Chief Thomas Marvits will be held on Saturday, April 29.

Marvits died on Jan. 15 in the line of duty after suffering from complications of COVID-19, said the township fire district. Marvits was an active member of Hillsborough Fire Company #3 (Station 38) and served the township for more than 11 years. Read More: Hillsborough Fire Chief Dies In Line Of Duty

The blood drive will be held at Woods Road Fire Company at 324 Wood Road in Hillsborough from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
