Memorial Tree Will Honor Daughter Killed By Dad In Montgomery Double-Murder Suicide

MONTGOMERY, NJ — A fundraiser was launched for Sloane Grodnick, who was reportedly gunned down by her dad before turning the gun on himself in a double murder-suicide in Montgomery.

The GoFundMe fundraising website raised $3,500 "to honor her life by planting a tree in her memory, accompanied by a plaque at Grounds for Sculpture."

"Those of you who knew Sloane know she loved making art. She continued her passion through college at Savannah College of Art and Design and was close to earning her master’s from RISD at the time of her death," according to the GoFundMe.
