Moe's Southwest Grill To Open In Hillsborough
This will be the first Moe's Southwest Grill location to open in Hillsborough.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Moe's Southwest Grill is opening a new location in Hillsborough. This will be the first location in the township.
The new location will be on Route 206 near the Hillsborough Star Diner. A Moe's spokeswoman confirmed the eatery would be opening in June. A specific opening date hasn't been announced yet.
The southwest franchise restaurant offers burritos, bowls, quesadillas, tacos, salads, chips and salsas and more.

Currently, the closest Moe's location to the township is in Somerset or Branchburg.
