Montgomery, Hillsborough Roads Close Due To Tropical Storm Impact

Roads are beginning to close as a result of Tropical Storm Fay hitting the area on Friday.

HILLSBOROUGH/MONTGOMERY, NJ — Roads are beginning to close as a result of Tropical Storm Fay hitting the area on Friday.

In Montgomery, County Route 605 is closed at Blue Spring Road due to flooding.

In Hillsborough, Roycefield Road was closed between River Road and New Centre Road due to wires on trees. It has since been reopened as of 3:50 p.m.

Three Bridges Road in Hillsborough is closed between Woodfern Road and Hockenbury Road due to flooding as of 4:15 p.m.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area and seek an alternative route.
