Montgomery Mom Accused Of Duct Taping, Killing Her Kids Indicted By Grand Jury
A Somerset County Grand Jury indicted Yuhwei Chou, 36, Skillman on two counts of murder of her kids, ages 10 months and 7.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A Somerset County Grand Jury indicted a Montgomery mother on two counts of murder on the accusations she duct-taped and zip-tied her 7-year-old daughter and 10-month-old son before suffocating them to death.
Yuhwei Chou, 36, of Skillman, was indicted on Jan. 19 on two counts of first-degree murder of her seven-year-old daughter Samantha Ross and 10-month-old son Paul Ross, according to Somerset County Prosecutor's Office Spokesman Frank Roman.
Chou is currently remanded to the Somerset County Jail.

On Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2021 at 7:41 a.m., a 911 call reported a disabled motor vehicle that had left the roadway on Mountain View Road in Hillsborough. Read More: 911 Call Details Discovery Of Kids Found Dead In Hillsborough
Chou and two children were seen secured in a booster seat and a baby seat in the back seat of the vehicle, said authorities.

Officers saw that the children were bound and restrained. No vital signs were present on the children and they were pronounced dead at the scene, said authorities.
After being arrested Chou admitted to planning the murders over a week and for using zip ties to bound the daughter's hands and duct-taped her face and her son's before suffocating them with her hands, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
