Motorcyclist Killed After Crashing Into Pole In Hunterdon County

The motorcyclist was identified as a man from Whitehouse Station, said authorities.

FRANKLIN, NJ — A motorcyclist was killed after crashing into a pole on Sunday morning, announced Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office.

On May 26 at around 11 a.m., Franklin Township Police and Quakertown NJ Fire Company-91 Fire/Rescue departments were called to the scene of a single motorcycle crash on Croton Road in the area of Allens Corner Road.

The crash occurred when the motorcycle went off the roadway and struck a pole, said authorities.

The motorcyclist was identified as Kacy Cook, 23, of Whitehouse Station, who was taken to the Hunterdon Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries, said authorities.

Members of Franklin Township Police, Quakertown Fire and Rescue, Raritan Township Police Department, and the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office responded to the scene.
