Get those fists pumping! Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino shared the news of MTV's Jersey Shore Family Vacation's return.

NEW JERSEY — Get those fists pumping! Jersey Shore Family Vacation is back.
Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino shared on Thursday the reality show is ringing in 2022 with a new season set to premiere on MTV on Jan. 6 at 8 p.m.
The location of the season will be in the Florida Keys, according to people.com.

Cast members such as Deena Nicole Cortese and others have shared multiple pictures on Instagram of the family together at the tropical location while filming the new season.
Looking at the promo picture for the new season, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is officially back. While she did make a few appearances towards the end of last season's family vacation nothing was official.

However, fans can't help but notice that Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is missing.
Ortiz-Magro was arrested in April after he was allegedly involved in a domestic violence incident in Los Angeles, according to reports. Read More: 'Jersey Shore' Star Arrested For Domestic Violence: Reports
After the arrest, multiple media outlets reported the rest of the Jersey Shore cast claimed they did not feel comfortable filming with Ortiz-Magro, according to the-sun.com.
Ortiz-Magro then announced he was stepping away from the show as he sought treatment for mental health issues. However, in August, Ortiz-Magro told TMZ that fans can expect to see him at the end of season 5 and his journey on the show is not over.
